These terms govern your use of the MedTapp application ("the app") and this website, provided by Metrika Marketing & Analytics Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the app or this website you agree to these terms.

1. What the app is — and is not

MedTapp helps you keep a personal log of items you choose to track. MedTapp is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing in the app should be relied on as a substitute for professional care. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always follow the guidance of your healthcare provider.

2. Use of the app

You may install and use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Your data

Data you enter in the app is stored only on your device and is your responsibility to back up if you wish to keep it. See our Privacy Policy.

4. Provided "as is"

The app and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or use, arising from your use of the app or this website.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app or website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.
