Medtapp is dedicated to bringing you the latest news and reviews on medical and health apps on mobile devices and smartphones, particularly the iPhone and the iPod Touch. (In the near future, we will focus on Android medical apps too.)

Medtapp is founded by Dr. Jose Maria E. Ferrer, a family physician and medical informaticist. Dr. Jojo Ferrer’s areas of interest include mobile computing in health care (mHealth), telemedicine, personal health records (PHRs), electronic medical records (EMRs), and decision support systems.
